Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

United States: 3–7 business days after production

Canada: 5–15 business days after production

International Orders: 10–30 business days after production

Tracking Your Order

Delays

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
