Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Each item is made to order especially for you, which helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique, custom-produced products. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or for orders where preferences have changed after purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we're here to help. Please contact us at justwrenchingaround@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo showing the issue. Once reviewed, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

There is no need to return the damaged item.
